Long-Term Nanny Placement

Registration & Search Fee
A non-refundable fee to begin your personalized nanny search.

Successful Placement Fee
Due only when you hire a nanny introduced through Upper Cumberland Nanny Agency. The placement fee is based on the nanny’s projected first-year gross compensation and will not exceed $4,000.
60-Day Placement Support
Eligible long-term placements include 60 days of continued placement support following your nanny’s start date.
Temporary & Summer Placements
Looking for childcare for the summer or another temporary period? We offer personalized placement services for select short-term positions.
Customized pricing is based on the length, schedule, and needs of the placement and will be provided before your search begins.
No Fees for Nannies
Nannies never pay a fee to apply or accept a position through Upper Cumberland Nanny Agency. Agency fees are paid by families and are separate from nanny compensation.
All positions offered through our agency begin at $20/hour.
Screening with care and intention.
Candidates are personally interviewed and carefully screened prior to placement. Our process includes childcare reference verification, employment and personal reference checks where appropriate, comprehensive background screening, and CPR & First Aid standards. Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening is also required for positions involving transportation.
